Research and Implementation of Remote Controlling Based on SMS Technology

摘要
In order to expand the application areas of the remote controlling system, the use of mobile phones and short messaging service technology in the system was studied. Using the combination of AT89S52 MCU and mobile phone, the remote controlling through SMS can be realized. The system characteristics were discussed and the design model was given, and the principle of communication between the mobile phone and the MCU controlling part was elaborated as well. Common AT commands were introduced, program design part was analyzed, and a simple and practical remote controlling system was implemented. The experiment shows that the remote controlling of home appliances can be effectively realized and the desired goal was achieved. The SMS technology can be used in the remote controlling fields and broaden the monitoring range and lower the cost.
