摘要：
The e-portfolio has been recognised as s flexible tool for learning which assist wide range of educational applications. In the paper focus is on e-portfolio functionalities in professional development. E-portfolio can support improvement of work-based professional learning. Working life environments are explored as an individual and social context for professional learning. The adaptation of e-portfolio as a tool for professional learning is a web-based community is presented. The design and development of e-portfolio system is outlined.
