Studies of crystallization of SAPO-11 molecular sieve and applications for catalytic skeletal isomerization of linear butylenes

摘要
SAPO-11 molecular sieve has been synthesized at 443-473K from mixtures of AlPO4, H3PO4 and SiO2 sol-gel with i-Pr2NH as a templating agent. Synthesis process is found to be influenced by molar compositions of sol-gel mixtures, crystallization temperatures and periods, and is evaluated by applying Avrami equation and Arrhenius equation. Crystalline products have been used in catalytic skeletal isomerization of linear butylenes. The variance of activity with framework composition of SAPO-11 molecular sieve is discussed.
