INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY ON EMPLOYEES' TURNOVER INTENTION IN ECO-ENVIRONMENTAL ENTERPRISE

摘要
Taking employees of eco-environmental protection enterprises as the research subjects, it is considered that the effect of corporate employer responsibility on turnover intention is organisational identity moderating the effect of corporate employer responsibility on spontaneous turnover intention and guiding turnover intention as well as the mediating effect of turnover care between corporate employer responsibility and guiding turnover intention. The results reveal that corporate employer responsibility appears significantly negative effects on spontaneous turnover intention, remarkably positive effects on guiding turnover intention, and positive effects on guiding turnover intention through turnover care. For employees with high organisational identity, corporate employer responsibility presents stronger negative effects on spontaneous turnover intention and positive effects on guiding turnover intention.
