摘要
Consider the power system load configuration problem as influence area division of substations, which is realized by weighted Voronoi diagram, with the weight value of each substation indicating its influence scale. Use particle swarm optimization (PSO) to search for the optimal solutions that will minimize the average load rate of overall system, moreover a Tabu list is introduced to improve the convergence of PSO.
