摘要：
Tulipispora ingoldii gen. et sp. nov. is described and illustrated from sub merged decaying wood. It produces hyaline, 4-5-radiate, multiseptate conidia consisting of a main axis and three or four arcuate branches inserted near its base. Conidia Superficially resemble those of Triscelophorus and Triramulispora species, but the new taxon differs somewhat in the conidial morphology and especially in the ontogeny. Ecological aspects of the new species are discussed.
