摘要
In recent years, with national economy booming, China urbanization and motorization level is improving rapidly. However, the conflict is increasingly significant between the finite environment capacity and continuously serious urban pollution caused by motorization. But, what kind of policies and measures should be used to solve these problems? The reasonable policy is the sustainable development between transportation and environment.
