摘要
Power line transformation projects, such as increasing diameter of lines, decreasing length of lines and boosting voltage level, are very common in power grid corporations. Besides meeting transmission capacity needs, these projects generate loss energy savings. Based on International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol of efficiency valuation organization, this paper discusses a measurement and verification method for energy savings that generates from power line transformation projects, and gives details on how to measure parameters and calculate energy savings. The proposed method considers changes of operation situation after transformation, then a method by means of modifying baseline to solve transmission capacity varying are given in order to verify energy savings more objectively. Finally, uncertainty of the method is simply analyzed, as well as some points which might improve performance of the method further are described.
