摘要
The floodplain of lower Yellow River is an area of frequent flood overflow and disasters, flood risk map is an effective non-engineering flood control measure there. During flood risk mapping, firstly, on the basis of the actual situation, the drawing process is determined. Secondly, according to the high sediment percentage flood of Yellow River, the 2-D flow and sediment mathematical model is selected to calculate the hazard information of different flood standards. Thirdly, aimed at the present situation, based on the 'county to county, village to village, family to family, people to house' principle, the plan for evacuation and rescue of inhabitants is made. Finally, referring to Advising System of Engineering-Concerned Information, Advising and Inquiring System of Water Information, according to technological requirements of the National Control Flood System and the Yellow River Flood Control Scheduling System, adopting the technology of WebGIS(Geographic Information System), ArcGIS desktop system, database software, the flood risk management system on the floodplain of lower Yellow River is developed.
