A Simple and Rapid Synthetic Route to Nanocrystalline TiO2 by Microwave Irradiation

摘要
Well-dispersed nanocrystalline TiO2 powders with the average size of about 4 nm have been synthesized by a simple and rapid microwave irradiation method. The as-obtained TiO2 nanoparticles displayed obvious quantum size effects characterized by Raman spectroscopy.
