摘要：
Whereas the steel industry was the problem child of the major industrialized nations only ten years ago, it has undergone a remarkable renaissance in recent years. The turnaround of an entire industry is attributable not only to the boom in the newly industrialized countries, but also because the big players have done their homework and consistently changed their companies' orientation to focus on added value and to consolidate.
