An Analysis of Factors about Young People's Difficulty in Employment and a Study on Its Countermeasures

This thesis aims at young people's difficulty in employment and analyzes the main causes for the reduction of young people's employment rate. Based on this, it puts forward measures and suggestions dealing with the problem that young people have some difficulty in employment from five aspects, that is, the government should pay attention to young people's employment, the country should adjust employment policies, the development of medium-sized and small enterprises should be supported, innovation should be implemented for college education and young people's opinions on employment should be changed.
