Research on Self-adaptive Fuzzy Speed Control Strategy of Brushless DC Motor for Stronger Robustness

摘要
The Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) control system is non-linear, multivariable, tightly coupled. Via analyzing the operational principle and mathematical model of the BLDCM, a double closed-loop servo control system is established in Matlab/Simul ink environment. However. the traditional PI controller is usually adopted in current and speed loop, thus resulting in shortcomings of setting parameter difficultly, large overshoots, etc. Therefore, a self-adaptive fuzzy PI control scheme is proposed in speed loop to overcome these shortcomings. Then, several simulation experiments are conducted to verify validity, feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Finally, the simulation experiment results show that the improved scheme had faster dynamic response and anti-interference ability.
