摘要
We review the results of our experimental and theoretical study of thermal conductivity of graphene. Using an original optical measurement technique we discovered that thermal conductivity of suspended graphene flakes is extremely high and can exceeds that of bulk graphite and carbon nanotubes. The high value of thermal conductivity of graphene and its dependence on the graphene flake size were explained within the framework of Klemens theory. Superior thermal properties of graphene benefit all proposed electronic applications of graphene and may lead to the new high-heat flux thermal management solutions for advanced electronics.
