The Mechanism of Psychological Effect of Employees' Innovative Behaviors at Workplace

摘要
Employee's innovative behavior is the starting point and foundation for organizational innovation. From the perspectives of both management and psychology, this study analyzes how employees' innovative behaviors can be influenced by job experience and workplace. As a result, a theoretical model is constructed to analyze how innovative behavior is affected by workplace with job experience as a mediator. By this model, employee's job experience is categorized into four types, and the job experience of high-attainment/high-demand is easier to promote employees' innovation behavior than the other three types.
