摘要
Animal blood is currently underutilized and a way of upgrading for it has been the production of animal blood enzymatic hydrolysate. The purpose of this study was using bovine blood enzymatic hydrolysate (BEH) and ZnAC(2) to synthesize BEH-Zinc chelate. This new novel zinc chelate not only provides essential amino acid and zinc, but also cost less than single amino acid zinc complex. The response surface methodology was used for the determination of optimum preparation conditions. The independent variables were reaction time, temperature, pH and quality ratio. The effects of the preparation conditions on the chelating reaction were studied by employing a second-order central composite design. The optimal conditions for preparation of BEH-zinc chelate were 43.5 degrees C of reaction temperature, 123.5min of reaction time, and 5.40 of pH and 4.7:1 of quality ratio by the ridge analysis. The prediction model was also established. The results show that the prediction model was significant.
