摘要：
Five new polyketide endoperoxides, manadodioxans A-E, were isolated from the marine sponge Plakortis bergquistae. Manadodioxan E showed antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli at 10 mu g/disk, while its oxo congener, manadodioxan D, was inactive.
