摘要：
Mathematic-statistical methods are the base for economic-mathematical modeling of reliance research between economic and ecological indicators. The modeling allows recognizing many related variables. The modeling is to apply for the region railway transport and environment system interaction optimization and environmental actions evaluation. The different modeling methods application allows to define the problem solution optimal way.
