摘要
The health status assessment of power distribution areas (PDA) can provide a basis for the decision-maker to ascertain the unhealthy PDAs among multiple PDAs. In this paper, an evaluation indicator system of the health status of PDAs is established based on four evaluation indicators. A new data acquisition system is proposed in this paper to enhance the reliability of communication system. The evaluation indicators data can be derived from this data acquisition system and all the data are normalized. The subjective weights of evaluation indicators are obtained by decision alternative ratio evaluation method while the objective weights are obtained by entropy method. Then the comprehensive weights are achieved based on the least squares optimization model. By using this method, both the expert experience and the characteristic of the indicator data itself are taken into consideration. The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
