摘要
Medical therapy of acute MI has resulted in impressive reductions in mortality over the past 15 years. This decline has been driven by large, randomized, controlled trials and the rapid incorporation of therapies used in these studies into clinical practice. Thus, when treating acute MI, it is essential to understand appropriate timing in the use of ACE inhibitors and how to use heparin in conjunction with TPA. It is also important to recognize the potential detrimental effects of calcium channel blockers and of thrombolytic agents in patients with isolated ST-segment depression, Primary PTCA may be considered when experienced personnel are available.
