The Housing Price Development Tendency in the Real Estate Market of China

Recently, great attention has been paid to the real estate market in China, in particular to the house prices. As we know, enormous changes have taken place in the real estate market in China, in both the market scale and the real estate system concerned since the national opening policy was carried out. The house price keeps rising at a high speed. However, many scholars and researchers maintain that the price does not really reflect the real supply and demand status in the real estate market in China. This paper, through statistical analysis of data from the recent development in the real estate market of China, forecasts the tend of the house prices in the real estate market of China.
