This article analysed and explorated one of the external factors (factor of college guidance) of difficult employment for the university students, and pointed out that, as born in the 1990s, their career needs are more fine, the student managers' sense of crisis is also growing. There are some problems in aspects of the form of vocational guidance, guidance imformation, the composition of instructors, the guidance team, guiding content, and gives recommendations accordingly. There have been many drawbacks in today's higher education in China, either neglecting the cultivation of students' innovative spirit or ignoring the education of students' non-intelligence factors such as motivation, interest, will and character, which may lead to the lack of innovation and creative spirit, restricting them to improve their overall quality. At the same time, with the expansion of the scale of college enrollment, the difficulties of employment have become increasingly prominently, which undoubtedly presented a huge challenge to the reform of higher education. Career guidance for college students can solve parts of these problems, but there are certain problems in college vocational guidance itself, has not been fully developed, it urgently requires reform and practice of the vocational guidance in order to solve the problems in the college career guidance or even the higher education.
