摘要
A new human resource optimization method was established based on grey clustering and particle swarm optimization algorithm, in order to solve the global optimization problems for organization power on macro level. Firstly, the research on human resource and organization power were reviewed It was found that current studies mainly focused on person-job fit form micro angle, and the studied on organization planning and optimization from macro level lacked Later; a human resources evaluation system was established according to organization goals. Then grey whitenization clustering method was employed to divide organization human resources into different types. Thirdly, a multi-objective optimization model was established according to organization goals in cost, output, social effect, etc. Multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to find a solution of the model. At last, a new way was constructed to configure organization power on macro level, and effectiveness of this method was verified though a case study.
