摘要：
In order to study the electromagnetic scattering properties of lossy dielectric polygonal body, Kirchoff's approximation was used to drive scattering far-field components. Numerical calculations were carried out for some lossy dielectric and metallic rectangular cubes at different frequencies, and then they were compared to measured radar cross section data in order to verify the validity of our approximation. Good agreements were observed in specular reflection directions, especially in the case of electrically large metal cube.
