摘要
A steady-static numerical model of the SG-DBR laser is proposed by using the transmission line theory. Static characteristics such as wavelength tuning, SMSR and optical emission spectrum have been simulated. It is shown that the SMSR of greater than 40dB is obtained when a cavity mode and a reflection peak of each DBR mirror are aligned. The obtained theoretical results are in good agreements with experimental results republished in previous literatures.
