摘要
This paper presents teachers with "two step"techniques which can be used to create texts for testing Reading. The more ELT teachers become aware of how tests are created, the more they will use reliable and valid ones. This paper will discuss the readability paradigms of texts for Reading tests. It will then provide ELT teachers with two remarkable computerized techniques that will help them modify texts to match any level in their academic teaching. The paper will also demonstrate how both programs can produce positive results on both the content and the level of Reading test passages.
