摘要
A new direction of active learning methodology discussed in the paper is focused on differential teaching of technical disciplines for the strong and the weak learners. Taking into account that the difficulty of engineering degrees hinders motivation and affects high levels of absenteeism and dropping out, the research stresses on the reasons of student's failures and dissatisfaction. Following the literature overview and the case study analysis, the authored handling methodology is described aiming to promote success for the weak and slow learners. Lecturing, practice, and project arrangements are displayed in view of student differences. The redefined and reformulated assignment strategy, which strengthens progress and amplifies learning achievements, efficiency, and quality, has been validated in the classroom.
