摘要
Based on literatures studying, this paper point out that the service quality of tourist coach (SQTC) is vital to tourist and enterprise, but the evaluation methods adapted on SQTC have been rarely. According to the character of decision making process of SQTC, the paper applied multiple attribute decision making (MADM) based deviation maximization on the problem. For improving the weight of attribute factors according to LB/T 002-1995, the paper has synthesized entropy to revise the attribute weight. At last, the calculation example has Identified that the MADM with comprehensive entropy weight Is valid to solve the problem of SQTC evaluation.
