An Analysis of the Energy Saving Potential in Hebei Province Based on the Evolution of Industrial Structure Model

摘要
The economic project have raised new ideas and new requirements towards to transform the way of economic growth and build a conservation- minded society in the 13th Five-Year Plan of China. The major topic we need to study today is How to reduce energy consumption and emissions. The industrial energy saving factors mainly include technology saving, consumption saving and structure saving. This paper analyses the evolution of industrial structure and energy consumption changes of the trajectory, using the structure evolution - associated energy consumption model and structure evolution - the unit energy consumption model, based on relevant economic data from 1980 to 2014 of hebei province. And then put forward targeted policy goals and requirements according to the results of the analysis.
