Tunable of Open-circuit Voltage in Bilayer Hybrid Solar Cells by Binary Polymer Blends

摘要
The different concentration of BPEI were blended into the MEHPPV, and then respectively be composed into the MEHPPV/ZnO PHJ solar cells. Through calculating the dark reverse saturation current, we found that the interface barrier Phi(B) was changed. Interestingly, the open circuit voltage V-oc was observed that changed linearly with the Phi(B). Through studying the relation of the V-oc and Phi(B), we found that the open circuit voltage V-oc can be tuned by the variation of Phi(B).
