摘要
In conjunction with Urban Intelligent Electricity Saving Program driven by Kaohsiung City Government in April 2016, Shi-Wei Administrative Center Building is selected as an administrative unit for planning erection of a demonstrative building energy management system, in order to improve the overall energy efficiency and save electricity expenditure of the Administrative Center Building, and lead to realize electricity saving culture, such that positive images and impressions of city government units will stay in hearts of the public with respect to realization of energy saving and carbon reduction. The web based demonstrative BEMS (Building Energy Management System) erected in this paper utilizes a large amount of infographic and data visualization design elements, in conjunction with dynamic and interactive visible chart delivery, for users or viewers to obtain critical system information rapidly. Further, a proprietary public exhibition interface in the front end of this system is arranged additionally in the visitor hall with open electricity usage of the City Government Building for the public to know. It may act as one of the sources for Kaohsiung City to promote energy cloud service in the future, and become a tool to provide the City Government with assistance in examining energy effectiveness.
