摘要：
As China's important livelihood projects, affordable housing construction is conducive to social development and stability. The development of prefabricated buildings is the trend of the construction industry in future. The construction characteristics of the latter are in good agreement with the construction requirements of the former. Based on an in-depth study on the application of prefabricated buildings, this paper finds that the current development of the two are mainly affected by many obstacles. From the two aspects of government and enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant measures and recommendations.
