摘要
Any form of support or help from the government for the betterment of the lives of people is known as government support. However, it literally means a financial help given by the government and most times, it does not always come in monetary form. The aim of the study is to investigate the extent housing construction quality of low-income housing is influenced by government support; to determine the most occurrence in the service government provide for low-income housing construction; and to determine how significant government support is to low-income housing construction. Quantitative research approach was adopted and the questionnaire survey was used in collecting the information. 220 questionnaires were distributed randomly to respondents who are working for/with Department of Human Settlement. Findings revealed that the relationship between the factor (government support) and the dependent variable (housing construction quality) was found to be statistically significant at (p < 0.05 or 5%).
