摘要
Product conceptual design is the most significant process during product design and manufacture. As the headstream of conceptual design, the recognition, classification and restructuring of product innovation opportunity play a decisive role in the subsequent design and manufacture. Based on AHP method and kano model, this paper made an organization, classification and restructuring of product innovation opportunity to realize the multi-opportunity conceptual design. The electric water heater was taken as an example to testify the feasibility of the method.
