摘要
To the Editor: The Reevaluation of Systemic Early Neuromuscular Blockade (ROSE) trial (May 23 issue),(1) which involved patients with the acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), showed no significant difference in mortality at 90 days between the cisatracurium group and the control group. This finding is contrary to the results of the ARDS et Curarisation Systematique (ACURASYS) trial published in 2010, in which the adjusted 90-day mortality was lower in the cisatracurium group than in the placebo group.(2) However, the crude 90-day mortality in the ACURASYS trial did not differ significantly between the intervention group and the control group (31.6% vs. . . .
