摘要
To clarify the performance attenuation law of road marking paint, the performance attenuation behavior of two-component road marking paint was studied by combining indoor simulated aging conditions and substantial project tracking monitoring. The changes in abrasion resistance, pull strength, dynamic mechanical properties, and coefficient of retroreflected luminance of two- component road marking paint before and after aging were investigated, and its microstructure was analyzed. The results show that with the aging period extending, the wearing value of the two-component road marking paint increases quickly at first and then slowly, the pull strength decreases to the tenth period and becomes stable, and the Tg increases to the 20th period and becomes stable. The attenuation of the coefficient of retroreflected luminance and abrasion attenuation decreased exponentially with time, and the attenuation rate tended to be flat after 15 months. There was a certain correlation between the attenuation of retroreflected luminance and abrasion.
