摘要
The gradual ageing of the population increases the demand for healthy ageing policies and programmes. Although there is research considering the impact of these programmes on the quality of life of older adults, few studies have measured satisfaction with those programmes. Therefore, our aim was to create a questionnaire to analyse the characteristics and level of satisfaction among programme users. The characteristics of older adults and expert advice were taken into account when designing the questionnaire, which was tested using an initial pilot sample. The final sample consisted of 1641 people. The results described a woman between 66 and 75 years old, married, with basic education and living with a partner. They also reflected high levels of general satisfaction for aspects related to teachers and courses and somewhat lower levels of satisfaction concerning centres. Users particularly valued the social and psychological context (including atmosphere and companionship), which went beyond knowledge.
