摘要
Using the non-equilibrium Green's function technique, thermoelectric transport through a quantum dot connected to two side quantum dots and a topological superconductor is theoretically investigated. Our findings indicate that for weak coupling between quantum dot and Majorana zero mode (QD-MZM), due to the existence of the Dicke effect, the thermoelectric effect in the considered structure can be enhanced by adjusting the structural parameters. However, under strong QD-MZM coupling condition, Majorana zero mode leakage into the QD2 destroys the Dicke effect in the structure, which in turn leads to a severe suppression of the thermoelectric efficiency of the system. These findings, in our opinion, can serve as potential thermoelectric device for detecting Majorana bound states and shed light on the significance of Majorana zero mode in thermoelectricity.
