摘要：
Abernethy malformation is a very rare congenital vascular malformation with complete or partial shunting of portal flow to the systemic circulation which manifests with symptoms of recurrent respiratory tract infections and failure to thrive. We present here a case of a 12-year-old boy diagnosed as a case of Abernethy malformation.
