摘要
The "Guiding Opinions on the Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Solid Waste during the 14th Five-Year Plan" issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2021 points out that by 2021, the accumulated stockpile of bulk solid waste in China will be about 60 billion tonnes, while there are problems of low solid waste utilization, occupying large amounts of land resources and potential ecological and environmental hazards. In order to further improve the utilization rate of solid waste, reduce the cost of road construction and reduce the damage and impact of solid waste accumulation on the environment. In this paper, author analyze the influence of the admixture of coal gangue and waste plastics on the performance of asphalt permeability, softening point, and ductility, as well as on the high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of asphalt mixtures, summarizing and evaluating the microscopic modification mechanism and other aspects.
