Muon Lamb Shift in Three-Particle Muon-Electron Systems in Quantum Electrodynamics

摘要
The muon Lamb shift (2P - 2S) in electron-muon ions of helium, lithium, beryllium, and boron is calculated within the analytical perturbation theory and based on the stochastic variational method in quantum electrodynamics. It is shown that the effects of the Coulomb interaction of the electron with muon and nucleus result in a small change in the Lamb shift in comparison with muon-nucleus two-body systems.(1)
