摘要
Recently, Korean government has promoted numerous policies and projects to increase the capacity of renewable energy source up to 63.8 GW by 2030, which is 20% of the total power generation. Where, the PV power source, which occupies approximately 45% of entire renewable energy source, is composed by combining PV modules in series-parallel connection, and its performance depends greatly on solar radiation and ambient temperature. Especially, the output of PV systems may vary greatly depending on the environmental conditions, moreover, there are problems that the PV system may be disconnected from inverters as the PV string voltage violates the operation range even if partial PV modules are shaded. Therefore, this paper deals with an operation algorithm of electrical reconfiguration device which electrically changes an electrical circuit of PV modules and voltage compensation device which can compensate the decreased PV string voltage by connecting Li-ion batteries in series in order to improve output loss of PV modules. And also, this paper performs the modeling of electrical reconfiguration device using PSIM S/W and voltage compensation device using PSCAD/EMTDC S/W to evaluate the proposed algorithm.
