摘要
This study explores the thermodynamic underpinnings of venture creation, providing a fresh perspective on entrepreneurship, especially impulsive, non-deliberative actions in seizing opportunities. Thermodynamics clarifies various natural processes and offers insights into entrepreneurial behaviour. Entrepreneurs, driven by profit potential, often take risks under uncertainty. The paper proposes a thermodynamics-based conceptual model, akin to the Be ' nard cell, to understand how impulsivity influences entrepreneurial decisions amidst rising entropy. It suggests that even minor impulsive actions can significantly affect a venture's success, integrating nonrational behaviour into entrepreneurial theories.
