摘要
The availability and utilization of feedback play a crucial role in the development of students' knowledge and skills. Technology-enhanced feedback is taking on an increasing role in education because of limited resources and large classes. These systems can assist the feedback process holistically by generating, delivering, and supporting the use of feedback. Four databases were searched to identify empirical studies on technology-enhanced feedback between 2015 and 2021. In the 61 studies screened, feedback systems were classified and analyzed according to their role in the feedback process, revealing the main techniques used, the characteristics of the feedback, and the impact on students. The results demonstrate the current state of research in technology-enhanced feedback, and future research can refer to this article for further exploration.
