摘要
The Female Athlete Triad, theMale Athlete Triad, and RED-S are complex areas, but understanding how to assess and treat these athletes is important for their overall health. Low energy availability certainly plays a central role to athletes who experience one of these conditions. De Souza et al. (6) “encourage all researchers, clinicians, and practitioners to collaborate to support the common goal of promoting the highest quality science and evidence-based medicine in pursuit of the advancement of athletes' health, well-being, and performance.” © 2023 Lippincott Williams and Wilkins.
