摘要
Using instructional didactic material and the virtual learning environment, it is possible to carry out teacher training and continuing education of teachers through digital teaching in a higher education institution. This study is based on the use of the Instructional Design approach, applied in a Moodle virtual learning environment. The objective was to develop instructional materials using the virtual environment platform as a pedagogical intermediary for the institutional training and continuing education of teachers in a higher education institution. There was the possibility of contributing to the institutional training and continuing education of teachers through the development of instructional materials in a virtual learning environment. This study is of the exploratory-descriptive type, and its method is quali-quantitative. Data were collected through reports made available by the virtual environment of a higher education institution. After carrying out the research, it can be seen that virtual learning environments can help teachers in institutional training and continuing education by helping them create a collection that can be accessed at any time, so that it is possible to remember the content administered in training.
