摘要
Integrated Energy System (IES), which can enhance energy utilization efficiency and make optimal allocation of energy, information, and value, is crucial for achieving clean, low-carbon, efficient and sustainable development. The IES covers different energy links such as production, transmission, consumption, storage and conversion, as well as various energy forms such as cold, heat, electricity and gas. Therefore, there are many technical routes, which bring great challenges to the planning work. This paper proposes a distributed flexible resource planning method for the IES based on discrete grid model, which converts continuous time and loads in the load curve to discrete time intervals and loads to obtain a series of grids; then configure the equipment capacity and operation scheme according to the grids. It can not only reduce the difficulty of the IES modeling and solving, but also avoid the influence of subjectivity of planners.
