摘要
We experimentally demonstrated the manipulation of the polarization states of the fundamental frequency light and first-order Stokes light in a c-cut Nd:YVO4 passive Q-switched self-Raman laser. Stable output of 1066 nm and 1178 nm linearly polarized dual-wavelength lasers is achieved without any polarizing element, including the special cases where the two polarization directions are mutually orthogonal. The PER of linearly polarized light in two directions reached 26.3 dB and 26.6 dB, respectively. We have verified that the fundamental frequency generates eigenmodes coherent synthesis by constructing a resonator model for theoretical simulations, thus realizing dual-wavelength synchronous modulation of polarization. This work provides an effective and reliable method for developing dual-wavelength passive Q-switched self-Raman lasers with controllable polarization.
