摘要
According to data provided by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected more than one billion students worldwide, which represents approximately seventy percent of the student population and more than twenty percent of the world's population, making it essential to develop methodological strategies to ensure continuity in higher education. To address this problem, a non-experimental, longitudinal, qualitative and quantitative study was carried out with the objective of obtaining a deep and holistic understanding of the situation. Data collection was carried out through a designed and validated survey, which collected the opinions and experiences of students and teachers involved in the educational process.
