摘要
The present paper investigates mechanical and durability properties of recycled polypropylene fiber reinforced (RPPF), and ground calcium carbonate incorporated roller-compacted concretes (RCCs), typically used for pavements. First, the response surface methodology (RSM) was utilized to evaluate the effects of ingredients, such as fiber and ground calcium carbonate (GCC) inclusions, and water-to-binder ratio on the compressive and flexural strengths. Furthermore, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also conducted to evaluate the interaction of each ingredient and their effects on the strengths. Finally, quadratic equations were developed to determine the strengths based on the RSM analysis results. From the findings, it was confirmed that RSM can be effectively utilized to optimize RPPF reinforced RCC production.
